How do I order?
Ordering products from integritywaste.com is easy. Go to integritywaste.com/shop/ then select your community. Once done, you will need to log in using your identification or create an account if you don’t have one already. Click on “Register”, or here. Once you create an account, a password will be sent to the email assigned to your account. Once you receive your password, we strongly recommend you to log in and change your password, so you do not forget it.
If you forgot your password or identifications, click on “Forgot it?” or here.
As soon as you are logged in, you can order the items you wish to purchase. For each products, click on the “add to cart” button. To view your cart or order big quantity please click on “view cart”. You will be able to select the quantity you wish to order. Don’t forget to update the shopping cart before processing payment.

Do you charge sales tax?
What if an item is out of stock?
If an item in your order goes out of stock before it’s shipped, you will receive an email within 1-2 business days. We will keep you up-to-date on expected arrival times.
What are my payment options?
We only accept PayPal. We DO NOT accept personal checks or cash. All prices and payments are in U.S. dollars.

How can I be notified when a product comes back in stock?
Any product that is out of stock will have a red message stating “Item is sold out”. As soon as it’s back in stock, we will take down the alert.
We will deliver your order in hand at your premises within 48 hours of receiving your order and payment. Because, we will deliver the items directly to you, shipping is FREE!
What if I am not home?
You can leave us instructions when you purchase the item(s). If you forgot, just send us an email at: firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at: 1-888-969-2199.
Returns & Exchanges
At Integrity Waste our goal is to make sure you’re completely satisfied with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return it within 15 days unused. You can either mail it to us or give it to us directly when we come pick up your trash. See the instructions below for more information.
Please note: Only items that are unused, in saleable condition, and in original packaging are eligible for return. (This means that packaging must be intact, tags must be attached, no pet hair, etc.). Also: all sales on clearance and closeout items are final. If item(s) are returned, cancelled or exchanged and it brings your merchandise total below the promotion minimum, the discount will be deducted from your refund or may no longer apply to your order. We want to make your return or exchange as easy as possible.
For the fastest service, call Customer Service at 1-888-969-2199 to request a Fast Exchange. We’ll immediately place your new order and charge your credit card via Paypal. Your replacement item usually will be ready to deliver in the following 2 to 3 days maximum. We will then proceed to an exchange. When we come to pick up the trash, we will give you the new item in exchange for the old one. The exchange will not occur if you do not give us the item to be exchanged and the item is not in good condition.
Returns or Exchanges by Mail
First, make sure that the item(s) you want to return or exchange is eligible.
Second, please include a note with your contact information such as your name, your complete address, your transaction number and your phone number. Also, be sure to mention the reason why you want to return or exchange the item. We constantly look for improving our services.
In the case of an exchange, please include in the note which item you would like to receive. We may charge your credit card via paypal if the new item(s) is more expensive and you will receive a new bill and email.
Returns are usually processed within 48 hours of receipt of the return merchandise. For more information about the shipment, please see our Ordering and Shipping policy.

If you wish to cancel an order please call us at: 1-888-969-2199. You will be fully refunded. In the case of a return, you will be refunded after we receive the item(s) and if they are eligible.

Why do we gather information?
Integrity Waste gathers personal information to help improve our products and customer service, to communicate with you, to process your orders, to provide an enhanced and more personalized shopping experience and to inform you, and your gift and message recipients, of special offers and discounts from us, our affiliated brands and selected third parties.
What information do we gather?
We collect information through our Web Site, emails, mail, fax, and telephone, including when you:

How we use “Action Tags”?
Our Web Site also uses a common web technology called “action tags” (also called single pixel gifs or web beacons) to anonymously track purchase, usage and other web activity information. Action tags (including third party tags) may be used to provide data to third parties for tracking purposes. However, our Web Site does not use action tags to collect or transfer personal information.
How we use the information we collect?

Integrity Waste is operated in the United States. If you are located outside the United States, please be aware that any information you provide to us will be transferred to the United States. By using the Web Site or otherwise providing us with information, you hereby consent to this transfer.

We use Paypal as a payment system. Therefore, we do not receive any information concerning your credit card. For more information about how Paypal works and its policy, please check their security policy. However, no transmission of data over the Internet or any other network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Although we make reasonable efforts to safeguard personal information once we receive it, we cannot warrant the security of information we receive.
Portions of the Web Site (such as our Member registration and Address Book) may require registration and login processes in which you will select a user ID and password (collectively, the “Password”). Passwords provided to you by us are the confidential property of the Company and may be used by you solely for your individual use of the Web Site (and otherwise as specified by us). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any Password and for all activities that occur using your Password, whether or not authorized by you.
